Week II
This place is a mild paradise for me at present. We moved yesterday, from our sumptuous home, to a much older, wilder place - £2 a week, a house annexed to a big farm (big for this region) at the top of Cleggan bay - right on the west coast. Love yourself, love your bed

Thu, Nov 09, 2017

Loving yourself requires a long-term commitment to the triumvirate of health – proper nutrition, regular exercise, and adequate sleep. When you really want to treat yourself, you may even invest in the occasional pampering or luxury experience to reward yourself and recharge.

This may include a periodic trip to the spa, an extravagant meal, the latest designer bag, high-end gadget, or a special weekend away. While these all may leave us feeling temporarily rejuvenated, we really need to aim for that gratifying feeling each and every day. It may seem like wishful thinking, but there really are healthy, time-saving, and cost-effective ways to pamper yourself on a daily basis. In fact, the best way is so simple that you can do it in your sleep — literally.

Thu, Nov 09, 2017

I'm Margaret Gallagher and I currently live I Howth Co. Dublin and I'm Mary Mc Sweeney and I live in Galway. We originate from Bandon in West Cork. We own a business called Les Jumelles which means twins in French. We are twins but born on separate days! Mary was born on the first of December and Margaret was born on the second of December, after midnight, 6 hours apart. Galway is a real buzzing city, it has absolutely everything a person could want, I think the fact that it's so small in comparison to Dublin, ist perfectly compact, you really get to know your customers and the characters that make this city so young, fun and unique.

People of the Tribes: Meet Cathal

Mon, Nov 06, 2017

Hi, I'm Cathal, a Galway lad through and through with both my parents and my grandparents being from Galway. My Grandad still lives in the house where he grew up in. It was 1 of 4 houses in Knocknacarra at the time which is pretty nuts considering the number of houses that are out there now. I'm an owner of a business called Handsome Burger. We have had a lot of welcomed love from our fellow Galwegians. We started with just a grille and a marquee, and now they’ve graduated to Woodquay. I love Galway because it's home and a great place for a pint or 2 on the weekend.
