A dream body in just four weeks

Thu, May 03, 2012

A dream body in four weeks may sound far-fetched but it is actually possible to lose between 10 and 15 pounds over the course of four weeks, with a sensible food plan and the right help, support, and advice. The trick is to stop the procrastination and take action today.

Therapie Clinic introduced SureSlim, a scientifically-approved weight-loss programme to Therapie Clinic, Shop Street, Galway, at the start of the year and has achieved the most remarkable results. On average, once you choose to stick to the programme you will lose between 10 and 15 pounds over the space of four weeks. Traditionally clients would sign up to a three or five month plan but with the incredible results in just four weeks, Therapie now offers a one month programme, which is obviously also more cost-effective.

Route 66 barbecue and smoker and The Black Cat, Salthill

Thu, Apr 26, 2012

When I visited the recent Galway Food Festival at the Spanish Arch I spotted a new venture that might appeal to you if you need to cater for groups of 50 to 250 people. It was pretty hard to miss as it was billowing smoke and had a large crowd of people around it. As you can see in the picture, the Route 66 barbecue is a pretty serious piece of equipment and the idea is that www.galwaycatering.ie will take on all the headache of providing you or your company with great food and zero hassle. It is fully compliant with HSE/EHO regulations, HACCP certified, and certified in food hygiene. These are important considerations when providing a barbecue for a large number of people and something that people may overlook when booking an outside catering company .

One of the things that really appeals to me is the fact that it also smokes food, and if you want something that really is finger lickin’ good then smoked meat is about as good as it gets. The way it works is that you agree the type and cost of a menu and the lads — Anthony and John O’Reilly — will marinate and prep everything in advance of your celebration. I asked what kind of events they will they cater for and although it is new they already have bookings for a wedding, company day out, “significant birthday”, and festivals. If contacting them be sure you use the .ie at the end of the web address. Contact phone number is 086 230 8716.

Turn heads with spring key looks

Thu, Apr 26, 2012

I cannot believe it is already the end of April, which always reminds me that I can finally wear my spring clothes. Spring always brings numerous events and occasions, and while most of us tend to focus on shopping for special occasions, casual day wear shopping is often left to the last minute. As we spend a lot of our time in either work or casual clothes, it is almost an urge to get those looks updated. The key to great spring casual daywear is to choose timeless pieces and ensembles that will work with your existing wardrobe. Jeans or skinnies are a must, but city shorts, practical jumpsuits, and coloured dresses are super alternatives. Give your wardrobe a minor boost with spring key looks and get ready to dazzle.

Style Isle

Thu, Apr 19, 2012

Every celebrity stylist that graces the airwaves is an advocate of this. Every woman who has experienced the benefits of this will also tell you how it changed their shape and ultimately created better fit of their outfit. The majority would answer very little. So we need to get back to basics, and start with the first layer.
