The inaugural Heritage and Scallop Festival is taking place in a number of coastal locations throughout the Connemara Gaeltacht over the weekend of October 4, 5, and 6. With a background of Michellin star dining and high end brasserie, Ultan Cooke hails from Galway and studied at the National University of Ireland, Galway. He started his culinary training in Galway. Anton's has been deservedly rewarded with many years of success on Father Griffin Road.
