So much happening at the new-look Claregalway Hotel

The Claregalway Hotel is always improving and evolving its outlets to stay up to date with modern trends and styles — and this has led to the creation of new concepts in which you can enjoy the finest of food and drink in the company of your friends and colleagues.

The hotel has in the past year renovated its former restaurant Ti Cusacks and re-opened a new gastrobar, Bia & Co, in its place. The stunning new gastrobar has a great new outdoor patio area for guests so that you can enjoy summer months out on the terrace — handcrafted cocktails in a modern setting — all created by up and coming mixologists inventing fun and trendy cocktails. Guests can enjoy al fresco dining in the spring and summer months.

The food offering is influenced by global cuisine with that trademark Irish hospitality — all inspired by Head Chef Zoard. The restaurant has also recently appointed a new Food and Beverage Manager, Gianpaulo Piccione, who has a background in high end international restaurants and this is apparent when you experience the excellence of the cuisine.

The renovations of the Manhattan-style bar were planned for some time and a lot of care and thought went into the project. The inspiration for the décor came from owner and director Paul Gill’s travels and observations of upcoming trends in the restaurant world globally. The restaurant will be competing in many trade and industry competitions this year to further cement its position within the Irish food scene. It also hosts live music every Friday and Saturday evening.

Experience the finest cuisine from incredible European chefs which includes vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free options, stone baked pizzas, Hereford beef burgers, healthy salad options and an exclusive cocktail menu to wash it all down. This year the restaurant team are embarking on new ventures including a whiskey social club, where guests can enjoy a flight of fine whiskeys paired with pure Irish certified steak cuts.

Also watch out for the ladies' night social club, a perfect opportunity to catch up and enjoy prosecco; tapas evenings; and a Foodie Club where local food and drink lovers can enjoy demonstrations and talks on drinks and fine eats.

So much choice, so much excellence at the new-look Claregalway Hotel.
