Twenty Nineteen may be the year of Kombucha, the healthy, freshly fermented, sparkling tea sprinting into the Irish mainstream. And it's thanks, in no small part, to Emmet Kerrigan and Keith Loftus of All About Kombucha.
The pair stormed into the year winning Galway's Best New Start Up at Ireland's Young Entrepreneur Programme. They built their own brewery. Tomorrow, they are launching in Aldi.
