THE GALWAY Actors Workshop will host a new series of classes, starting on the week of September 23, and running for 12 weeks, in the Anno Santo Hotel, Salthill.
Introduction to Acting (Tuesdays, 6.30pm to 8.30pm ), is for beginners or those who have not acted for a while; Develop Acting Technique (Mondays, 6.30pm to 8.30pm ), is for those who have done a beginner’s course before or actors keen to explore the acting process more deeply.
Scene Study (Wednesdays, 6.30pm to 8.30pm ), is for those with some acting experience who would like to perform in public; Advanced Performance (Thursdays, 6.30pm to 8.30pm ), is aimed at those with some experience of performing on stage or who have done drame courses.
The Playwrighting Course (Mondays, 6.30pm to 8.30pm ), aims to guide budding playwrights from the idea stage, through structuring the work, to characterisation and dialogue.
