Vox Merus, which translates as ‘pure voice’, will perform a concert entitled Vox Merus – Introduction to Brass at the Aula Maxima, NUI Galway, on Thursday November 24 at 8pm.

New Yorker Erin Buttner is a writer and broadcaster living in Kinvara. Her poetry has been published in Chronogram, Three Times Daily, and Ropes. She is currently writing a memoir on her time in the US military.

The 17th Junior Galway Film Fleadh returns from Wednesday November 17 to Saturday 19 with a host of films, documentaries, animations, and events, aimed at those aged from four to 18, taking place in the Town Hall Theatre, NUI Galway’s Huston School of Film and Digital Media, and the Galway City Museum.
