Entitled Here Comes The Kid, the tour salutes Woody Guthrie’s immeasurable contributions to the landscape of American folk music.

ATT VOL 5, the new compilation of music from Cian Ó Cíobháin’s leftfield music show An Taobh Tuathail, is now available as a free download.

The 18 track compilation can be downloaded from www.rte.ie/rnag until October 1 and was put together by Cian. Among the Irish artists on Att Vol 5, are Lyric FM composer-in-residence Linda Buckley with a remix of ‘B-Movie Lighting’; Dublin’s Roger Doyle’s moving paean to his deceased parents, ‘Voices Of Parents’; Donegal-based Keith Mannion’s SlowPlaceLikeHome project; and a haunting song from Waterford’s Katie Kim.

It will be the first time the Jameson Cult Film Club comes to Galway. These free screenings are held in mysterious locations that are designed to transport you right into the world of the film.
