KEYWEST, THE Dublin pop-rock band, have built up quite a relationship with Galway over the last 18 months, a relationship that continues this month both on-stage and on radio.
The band play Monroe’s Live tomorrow at 9pm to celebrate the launch of their debut album The Message. The 11 track album was recorded in Los Angeles and produced by Keywest and Mark Needham, who has worked with Blondie and The Killers.

Habeas Corpus follows the attempts of Dr Arthur Wicksteed to woo his attractive patient Felicity Rumpers. Wicksteed’s wife, Muriel, is, in turn, lusting after the charming head of the BMA, Sir Percy Shorter, who, as well as being Wicksteed’s old rival, turns out to be Felicity’s father. Expect confusion, farce, and many laughs.
