A new supper club is set to take place at the five-star g Hotel & Spa, launching on April 27.
Head chef Dominqiue Majecki and food and beverage manager Maurice Ryan will host a number of exclusive supper clubs during the year that will showcase the very best of Galway local food and drinks producers.
The first event to take place will be on Wednesday April 27 in the hotel’s Grand Salon, beginning with a pre-dinner drinks reception, and local suppliers will also be on hand to offer their unique stories. Guests will then sit and relax and enjoy a delicious five-course meal with each course introduced by chef Majecki with paired beverages by Maurice Ryan.
The menu will include dishes created using local producers including Mary’s Fish Galway, Dooncastle Oysters Connemara, Galway Goats Cheese, Kylemore Farmhouse, McGeough Butchers, Curley’s Fruits & Veg, Leahy Beekeeping, and Micil Gin.
With more than 20 years' devotion to food, Dominique Majecki brings to the g Hotel his love for local Irish produce and artisan producers to create his own idea of what modern Irish food represents.

Chef Majecki will host a further two supper clubs at the g Hotel, with the Oyster and Seafood Supper Club on September 21 and Game Night on November 22.
