•A special train will return to Galway after the Ireland v Argentina soccer international on Wednesday August 11, departing Dublin Heuston Station at 11.05pm. This train also serves Athenry and Ballinasloe stations. Iarnród Éireann customers may travel to Dublin on any of the regular trains. Supporters will not be able to board trains unless they are in possession of train ticket.

Moycullen who will face Killererin in the county quarter finals in three weeks time had a good win over Naomh Anna Leitir Móir in Pearse stadium last weekend, winning on a score-line of 1-16 to 1-11.
Sean O’ Dea’s team are improving with each outing and the return of former Galway star, Paul Clancy has provided a real central point to their attack. Lining out at full-forward, the “Bomber Clancy” hit four superb points from play in the first half and those scores set his side on the way to victory. Based on the form he showed last Saturday there are few full-backs in the county who would fancy an hour in his company, and his potential duel with Killererin full-back Colin Forde is one to really look forward to.
