Connacht turn their heads to Ulster after dramatic European win

After the dramatics of the weekend's Champions Cup action in the Sportsground, Connacht must come back down to earth and return to Guinness Pro 12 action.
They face a tough interprovincial meeting with Ulster tomorrow (7.35pm), and Connacht head to Kingspan Stadium knowing it has been 55 years since the province won in Belfast.

SSE Airtricity Moycullen have qualified for the Superleague National Cup semi-final stage for the first time after successive wins over Belfast Star.
It was an excellent win on the road for Moycullen winning by 84-80, and by five points on aggregate 156- 151 having edged the first leg at homeby 72-71.

The Galway Black Dragon Kickboxing Club celebrates more success on the international stage. Six fighters, who were part of a 45 strong Irish team, competed at the Unified World Championships in Tuscany in Italy. The Unified World Championships is the world's largest martial arts tournament, attracting thousands of competitors each year from 120 countries. The Galway fighters took a total of five gold, four silver and five bronze medals after fighting the best kickboxers from around the globe.

First he survived a tie-break against Sydney's Dylan King in the quarters before clawing back a 17-20 deficit in the semi-final to win 21-20, 21-4, and book his place in the final.
