The Galway Black Dragon Kickboxing club will promote its next full contact kickboxing event in the Black Box Theatre on Saturday, December 5, entitled "Seasons Beatings 2".

The card will feature 15 fights, including a K-1 rules bout between Galway’s Paul Huish (All Ireland Super Welterweight kickboxing champion) against tough guy Malcolm Byrne from Dublin. Dr Diarmuid O’Donovan, director of public health with the HSE West, says people are using an increasing number of antibiotics each year in this country and are seeing more infections caused by antibiotic resistant bacteria as a result.

The first is the extremely popular Christmas tapas menu. In 2009, Cava invested a lot of time and enthusiasm into creating an extensive and top-quality tapas repertoire, which culminated in Tom Doorley (Irish Times) proclaiming Cava to having the “best tapas in Ireland”. This Christmas, Cava showcases its best tapas in a lively set menu. Customers will start with a platter of specially selected Spanish cured meats and cheeses.
