He has an impressive pedigree, after graduating from GMIT, Cooke moved to London to work in the renowned Savoy Grill, The Conservatory at the Lanesborough Hotel, as well as working with John Torode in his restaurants Smiths of Smithfield and The Luxe.

Mary was born on the first of December and Margaret was born on the second of December, after midnight, 6 hours apart. Galway is a real buzzing city, it has absolutely everything a person could want, I think the fact that it's so small in comparison to Dublin, ist perfectly compact, you really get to know your customers and the characters that make this city so young, fun and unique.

It was 1 of 4 houses in Knocknacarra at the time which is pretty nuts considering the number of houses that are out there now. I'm an owner of a business called Handsome Burger. We have had a lot of welcomed love from our fellow Galwegians. We started with just a grille and a marquee, and now they’ve graduated to Woodquay. I love Galway because it's home and a great place for a pint or 2 on the weekend.
