Hi, my name is Kieran O Malley, I’m from a beautiful part of Mayo called Bonniconlon, located in the foothills of the Ox mountains, close to Ballina. Anyone working in the construction industry will be familiar with the Safe Pass course and the fact that the card must be renewed every four years. You cannot enter or work in any type of site or company, that has construction in progress, without having a Safe Pass card. Even if you are only carrying out maintenance, painting, or landscaping work, etc, you still need the card.

To get your Safe Pass card you must complete a one-day course. You do not need previous experience in the building industry to do the course as the focus is on general safety awareness.
