Diet and exercise are critical to a good weight loss programme, but the most important and powerful key of all is your metabolism. Your metabolism is the ‘switch’ that allows your weight loss to happen. Your metabolism controls the benefits of any diet and exercise, but it in turn depends on your diet and exercise to operate properly. In other words the three keys interconnect — metabolism correction, diet, and exercise equals a weight loss plan specifically designed to target stubborn body fat, especially on your stomach, hips, and thighs. This weight loss plan is the only way to re-balance top or bottom-heavy bodies.

I have passed by Capone’s restaurant many times since it opened and often thought that I should call in for a coffee or a bite to eat, however because I assumed the only parking area was across the road I kept on going. Nothing could be further from the truth; there is a car park at the rear and an underground car park. This is accessed from the Knocknacarra Cross end of the set of shops. In fact you can even park right at the back door and walk directly in as I did.

Oscars Seafood Bistro on Dominick Street has introduced a new prix fixe menu. This is a popular concept in continental Europe, and in particular France, and is a fantastic way to deliver exceptional value without compromising on quality in any way.
A simple tapas type starter to share is served and then followed by a choice of three main courses — local seafood, organic vegetarian, and a full size Irish Hereford Society steak for just €15. It is possible to maintain the value by keeping the menu simple which allows for a saving to be made on the general overheads, but not on the food quality.

The System 10 weight loss plan is especially beneficial to those with sluggish thyroid or hypothyroidism, those with diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, constipation, endometriosis, PCOS or fertility problems, and the severely overweight or obese. The metabolism correction in the weight loss plan in particular can make all the difference for these conditions as the plan gets to the root cause and helps to correct the problem from the ground up.
