GALWAY WRITERS will feature in this year’s Cúirt International Festival of Literature through readings, booklaunches, and The Cúirt Literary Brunch.

Two of the Galway based writers featured this year are Mike McCormick and Mary Costello, who will take part in a public interview with editor and publisher of The Stinging Fly, Declan Meade, in An Taibhdhearc, on Sunday April 28 at 2pm.

THE GALWAY Film Centre is seeking Galway county and city community, social and voluntary groups to take part in a project enabling them make a documentary.

The ID Film Project aims to facilitate groups to take an active part in the filmmaking process and develop and create a short documentary. The project is funded principally by The Arts Council, Galway City Council, and Galway County Council.
