PAUL CREANE & The Changing Band have been described by Hotpress as blending “folk stylings with an indie sensibility to create a provocative work of depth and charm”.
Galway audiences will be able to see for themselves when they play Monroe’s Live this Sunday at 11pm. The Wexford group includes eight members who play instruments such as Dobro, banjo, and trumpet. They released their debut album Tommy Black & The Twelve Days Of Lucy last year.

IRISH ART-pop eccentrics Grand Pocket Orchestra will undertake something of a ‘mini-residency’ in the Róisín Dubh this month when they play two nights at Strange Brew.
GPO will play Strange Brew on Thursday March 8 and Thursday March 22. The band say audiences can expect “Glockenspiel based injuries and possible flashes of male genitalia”. Totally Dublin have called them “dazzled Baroque pop...Dublin’s foremost toy pop micro symphony”.
