NEW IRISH girlband Wonderland are coming to Galway where they will do an in-store appearance in HMV, Edward Square, on Wednesday at 1pm.

Wonderland - Jodi Albert, Sharon Condon, Corrina Durran, Leigh Learmont, and Kasey Smith - are managed by Louis Walsh and Westlife’s Kian Egan. The group is marking the release of its self-titled debut album with HMV store appearances where they will meet fans and sign copies of the album.

The play was developed in collaboration with Irish Travellers and is based on their real-life experiences. It brings to the stage the character of Mikey Rattigan, a traveller broken by the loss of his child. Tormented by his crimes, he seeks some kind of atonement on the summit of Croagh Patrick where he unfolds his emotionally riveting tale.
