Roisin Conaty @ Galway Arts Festival

ROISIN CONATY, the London-Irish comic and one of the fastest rising stars on the comedy circuit, will play Kelly’s on Friday July 22 at 8pm as part of this year’s Galway Arts Festival.

Since winning the Best Newcomer award at last year’s Edinburgh Festival, Roisin has gone on to headline at this year’s Melbourne and Adelaide Comedy Festivals as well as enjoying a barnstorming appearance at the recent Cat Laughs Festival in Kilkenny.

Camden born Roisin has a natural conversational style which makes her extremely likeable, while her seamless improvisation and lightning quick humour has seen her described by The Guardian as “Celtic Charm meets Camden savy...a heady mix that’s to die for”.

Joining Roisin will be the hugely popular Jarlath Regan. Gerry Mallon will be the MC. For tickets see www.galwayartsfestival.com
