The Gaslight Spring Group dining package is excellent value at €33.50 per person and includes a signature cocktail on arrival served with a selection of savoury canapés to welcome your guests, followed by a delicious two course menu. Organisers can choose from an array of starters including the flavoursome beef brisket croquettes, a tasty Cajun chicken Caesar salad or winter warmers homemade soup or Atlantic seafood chowder, always a winner with Gaslight regulars.
The main courses include an incredibly tender slow cooked Irish beef steak with pancetta creamed potato, sautéed flat cap mushroom, and madeira jus; the ever popular chargrilled 7oz sirloin steak with delectable garlic parmesan potato gratin; or for seafood lovers, an oven baked Atlantic hake with green beans and braised fennel.
The menu at the Gaslight Bar & Brasserie encompasses a wide range of flavours and also features Penang Malaysian chicken and delicious chickpea falafels.
