A cut above the rest, the Gaslight Bar & Brasserie is hosting a ‘Butcher & The Brewer’ supper club on Friday March 13 from 7pm. Enjoy a three course deliciously lush and meaty menu paired with the award winning Galway Hooker beers for just €35 per person.
Combining the best of local independent artisan brewing with the finest high quality ingredients, the evening will be brimming with flavours of gorgeous Irish meats alongside hops and toasted barley. Expect a fabulous evening of food, beer, and insights from Ronan of the Galway Hooker brewery. As part of the three course menu, Hotel Meyrick’s executive chef will be serving beautifully presented meat dishes from freshly ground gourmet beef burger to melt in the mouth pork that falls apart with a gentle nudge.
Alternate menu selection, wine, and cocktails will also be served.
