The Gaslight Bar and Brasserie will host the second of its themed “supper clubs” on Thursday July 10 at 7pm, featuring a dinner with pairing cocktails for each course.
With a wide array of combinations, the cocktail pairing dinner breaks from the old traditions of wine pairing dinner, making it perfect for a casual evening get-together to start the weekend.
The cocktail pairing offers a varied selection of spirits, fruits, bitters, and garnishes to choose from, as well as a menu of Gaslight signature cocktails, served alongside a three course meal, from €45 per person. Main courses include the “three little hens”, a combination of peppered chicken, succulent BBQ wings, a Scotch egg served with a spicy Bloody Mary. There are also the moules frites, a pot of steamed mussels served with skinny fries paired with a lemon cream martini, a blend of vanilla vodka, limoncello, and lemonade.
The dessert tasting plate will offer something sweet to end the evening.
The Gaslight DJ will play a mix of motown classics, soul music, laid back disco, and bar grooves, from 9pm.
