The past year has seen dela going from strength to strength, with accolades from Lucinda O’Sullivan and the McKenna Guides of particular note.
Jordi’s new seasonal evening menu is just over a month old now and so far has been very well received by diners.
The weekend brunch service has been met with great enthusiasm by regulars who come back for their favourites every week, such as buttermilk pancakes with berries or Herterich’s streaky bacon.
Sourcing much of the produce from their own backyard such as free range hen eggs, mixed leaves, and herbs, the aim is to use ingredients as fresh and organic as possible.
The select wine list ensures that each wine available is of a great quality and from vineyards where care is taken to produce organic wines from biodynamic soil and handpicked vines.
Dela is a great place to go for any kind of dining experience whether it be for one of the main course dishes or simply to enjoy a sharing plate and a glass of wine, Irish craft beer, or cocktails with friends.
You and a friend can bookend your week with a large sharing plate and two glasses of wine for €25, available all night Tuesdays and Sundays from 6pm.
