New non-stop Galway-Killarney service

The first express coach service between Galway and Killarney begins tomorrow.

Irish Citylink, one of Ireland's largest independent express coach operators, has announced this new service which will provide passengers with the shortest travelling time between Galway and this major County Kerry tourist centre.

Morning and evening services will operate in each direction with four each day, requiring no change of coaches for this non-stop express.

The company has stated it will use luxury coaches on the route, providing passengers with free Wi-Fi, on-board toilet facilities, air conditioning and reclining seats.

According to Irish Citylink general manager David Conway, the service will benefit tourists and students in particular.

“Our daily early morning and late evening services, which are currently not being offered by any other operator, will be of particular benefit to tourists and students.

“Our online reservation system enables passengers to reserve a seat on their chosen service and there are special introductory return fares of €19.98.”

Irish Citylink, with its headquarters in Galway, employs more than100 people operating 80 daily services on its four main routes.
