Fahy Travel has announced the official launch of its new Explore Worldwide department on Wednesday June 6 from 6pm to 7.30pm in its Galway city location. On the evening guests will be treated to advice from adventure tour industry experts including information provided by Fahy Travel Explore Worldwide specialists.
This new department headed by travel specialists Michelle Lyons and Lynne Casey is dedicated to escorted tours, expeditions, solo travellers, and anyone seeking some adventure, culture, and excitement from their next trip away. Michelle Lyons said: “With people’s ever-expanding desire to seek out new experiences, Explore Worldwide at Fahy Travel can provide first-hand knowledge and expertise in putting together our clients' individual and tailor-made itinerary. Between them Michelle Lyons and Lynne Casey have an abundance of first-hand knowledge and experience of every continent, having travelled to some 55 countries, and undertaken numerous exploring tours themselves on their own personal holidays. Potential explorers will have an opportunity to see what the Fahy Travel Explore Worldwide department can offer to feed their travel desires on Thursday June 6 at 6pm in Fahy Travel, located at 2 Bridge Street. Joining Michelle Lyons and Lynne Casey on the evening will be John Grehan, sales manager for G Adventures in Ireland, who will give a National Geographic presentation. There will also be a presentation on the benefits and expanding trends of the solo traveller.
