THE 2014 Colours Fringe Festival programme launch takes place in The Cottage Bar, Lower Salthill, tomorrow at 7.30pm.
Writer and storyteller Rab Swannock Fulton will launch the festival, which runs from July 1 to 8. The theme of this year’s festival, which features theatre, music, performance, workshops, visual art, and film, is ‘to whom it may concern’.

THE TULCA Festival of Visual Arts has launched a number of patron packages for those interested in supporting the arts.
According to TULCA producer Kate Howard, the festival, as a non-profit organisation, relies on the contributions of individuals, corporations, and foundations. “Each contribution makes a difference no matter how small and every patron will be acknowledged for their support of the visual arts in Galway,” she said.
