Timing is everything, and it looks like the right time for new Connacht head coach Kieran Keane.
After two seasons with Super Rugby's Chiefs as an assistant, the Christchurch-born Kiwi departs Hamilton for a new challenge as a head coach in Ireland. With his Chiefs' boss Dave Rennie heading to Glasgow, and the Waikato franchise turning to Colin Cooper to fill those boots, the time appears right for Keane to make his move.

This night is open to all. At 5.45pm, Quinlan and Fitzgerald will take a training session with one of the club’s youth teams. Photo opportunities will be available from 6.30pm until 7.30pm, followed by a Q & A session.

The Galway footballers are in good form as they head into a "mini-break" in the league after an impressive 1-13 to 0-10 victory over Fermanagh in Brewster Park on Sunday.
Kevin Walsh's team will face Clare on Sunday week at home (February 26), and after last weekend's win there will be a belief in the squad. Another two league points can be collected if they produce 70 minutes of football similar to the second 35 minutes last weekend.
