The Victoria Hotel should be a hive of activity on Friday July 15 when O’Donnellan & Joyce open the doors of the auction room for the largest summer auction held in recent years. The system of putting property up for auction is fast becoming the most convenient way to sell, with vendors who are anxious to have a quick sale seeking to dispose of their properties on the day. Purchasers are also realising that there are bargains to be had with most properties placed under the hammer selling for within 10 per cent either side of their advised minimum values, and indeed in some cases for less on the day.

Eleven properties will go under the hammer at the upcoming auction. All properties are priced very realistically and the reserves on each property will also be realistic.
