Rooney auctioneers & chartered surveyors has been successful in two recent national tenders, beating competition from a number of the country’s leading property firms.

The company has been appointed by Donegal County Council and the National Roads Design Office to act as valuers and acquisition consultants on the N56 Leitirmacaward to Glenties (Kilraine) Road Scheme. The contract is expected to last between 18 and 36 months and involves valuations for assessment of compensation and acquisition negotiations for more than 290 property lots with 270 landowners.
