A hearing date has been set for a man charged with allegedly sitting a driver theory test in the place of another person and for working without an employment permit at a Galway hotel.
Appearing at Galway District Court on Monday Patrick Nlandu (40) with an address at Great Western House, Frenchville Lawn, Eyre Square, entered a plea of not guilty to a number of charges brought against him.
