The truth of the matter is that in the large town of Tuam there is not much to choose from in the way of cafes and restaurants. When asked for recommendations of where to go for the best food and atmosphere, my advice would have been to pack some sandwiches to eat in your car. Thu, Dec 22, 2016

Ballyconneely is a small village just south of Clifden, the capital of Connemara, at the entry point to the Errismore Peninsula – an ideal place from which to explore the most tranquil, unspoilt, and interesting landscape to be found anywhere in our little country. Tribe Time Cocktail Corner

Thu, Nov 03, 2016

Name: Traidisiún
The old fashioned style of drink is one of great history and has many stories behind it and will surely be the creator of many more to come. It is only in recent years that this beautiful spirit is coming back into fashion and the craft of making it is still very much alive through the local Galway distillery and distiller Padraic Ó Griallais that makes Micil Poitín in Salthill, Galway.
