A WORKSHOP exploring the Chekhov and Lecoq acting techniques will take place from Monday April 25 to Friday 29 from 10am to 5pm.
The workshops, hosted by Core Theatre College, will focus on the two techniques idea of using the body and imagination to create character. Participants will use the Chekhov exercises to explore Shakespeare’s King Lear. In the Lecoq sessions they will look at how to tell and create a story physically using collaborative chorus work with King Lear as the basis.
