GALWAY MEETS Art, a new venture designed to introduce people to the visual arts and as a way for artists to engage with the public, will be launched this evening at 6pm.

The launch takes place in The Kitchen café, Galway City Museum, and the first exhibition in what is planned as a monthly series, is Anything Can Be Everything, by Doolin-based painter Marianne Slevin.
