THE GALWAY University Hospitals Arts Trust is calling for submissions for its 2012/2013 exhibition programme.

Interested artists/curators should submit proposals which must include an artist’s statement, a proposal, and an up to date CV. All applications must include examples of previous work. Images or representations in PC compatible DVD or CD format should be accompanied by an image list with titles, medium, and dimensions clearly labelled.

RUTI SELA and Maayan Amir, winners of the 2009 UNESCO young artist award, are currently showing the Beyond Guilt Trilogy in the 126 gallery on Queen Street.

The trilogy is a series of films, set in pick-up bars and hotel rooms, etc, which look at the relationships between photographer and the photographed, men and women, the public domain and the private sphere, object and subject, and the power plays involved in such relationships.
