The guitar skills and the songs which have made his name will be on display in Galway next month when Newton plays a ‘Róisín Dubh presents...’ concert at the Seapoint Ballroom, Salthill, on Saturday February 8 at 8pm.

SCRATCH SCRIPTS, an evening of readings of extracts from new scripts by a range of writers, takes place at the Town Hall Theatre studio this Sunday at 7pm.
The extracts, from scripts by Órla McGovern, Seán Bennett, Ciara O’Dowd, and Joey Kavanagh, will be read by a team of experienced actors. After each reading the audience will be asked to give their feedback and a brief Q&A session will be chaired by theatre development organisation JOLT.
