A HOST of local and national talent can be found on Vintage, the debut album from Kelvin Busher, which will be launched with a gig in Kelly’s on Thursday June 2 at 9pm.

Kelvin Busher was born and raised in Wexford and grew up listening to Slim Whitman, Elvis, and later on discovering Van Morrison, Bob Dylan, Neil Young, and Johnny Cash, all of which has gone into shaping his own music.

Core Theatre College auditions

CORE THEATRE College is holding auditions for 10 students to participate in its 11 week intensive part time main course, which runs from September 19 to December 4.

This is a professional theatre training course is based in Galway. Experienced theatre professionals will teach core theatre skills such as voice, movement, acting technique, text analysis, masks, theatre production, and theatre history. It concludes with a presentation of work.
