Based on the UK’s leading nutritionist Dr Marilyn Glenville PhD’s bestselling book, Fat Around the Middle, this is not just another weight loss course. It is a healthy eating and nutritional awareness programme delivered by experienced nutritionist Sorcha Molloy. You can expect personalised one-to-one dietary advice, support, and practical tips on what and how to eat, making healthier food choices, the best portion sizes, meal planning, exercise, mindful eating, and stress management.

The defining difference with Glenville Nutrition is the desire to help you understand and take control of how and what you eat, so that healthy choices become second nature and are adopted as a lifestyle choice. The 12 week Lose Fat Around the Middle programme commences in small groups in Glenville Nutrition's city centre clinic on Tuesday of January 31 at 6.30pm and 8pm, and Wednesday February 1 at 9.30am and 11am.
