Gary Manogue, who fights out of the Black Dragon kickboxing club in Galway, became the new World Super Welterweight Kickboxing Champion on Saturday night in Leisureland, Salthill.

The 32-years-old world’s No 1 knocked out his Italian opponent Alessandro Disnan from Rome in the second round with a picture perfect right hook to the jaw.
