MARY BYRNE, the Tesco supermarket checkout worker who reached the semi-final of Britain biggest TV talent show, The X Factor, is coming to Galway.
Although she was pipped for a place in the 2010 X Factor final after going out in the semi-final, Mary won the hearts of millions with her big, warm, personality and powerhouse voice. She showcases her talents on her album ...with Love, which includes her versions of classic songs, as well as numbers written by Phil Coulter including ‘Thank God This Was My Life’.
Mary Byrne plays the Seapoint Ballroom for a ‘Róisín Dubh presents...’ concert on Saturday June 8 at 8pm.
