How would you like your New Year resolutions to yield real results and achieve your goals in 2013?

Ballybane Enterprise Centre is hosting a free Seminar on Tuesday 15th January for anyone who wants to achieve their personal goals in 2013. These goals may be anything from managing stress better, to eating more healthily, giving up smoking, or improving relationships.

Facilitated by Marguerite Tonery of Transflow Proformance, this one hour seminar will empower those attending with innovative tools to help support them to make the changes needed to achieve their goals.

Drawing on expertise gained from her extensive educational background including a BSc. (Hons. ) in Biochemistry (NUI, Galway ), a Higher Diploma in Psychology (UCD ), and a MSc. in Health Psychology (NUI, Galway ), Marguerite is driven by a passion to help others reach their highest potential. She is an avid sports enthusiast, entrepreneur and the creator of Transflow Therapy a new and innovative health model that assists people to succeed beyond their expectations.

According to Marguerite, it is when we are empowered and believe in ourselves, that we can achieve what we didn’t think possible.

“Sometimes your best efforts fall short, and you don’t know the reason why,” says Marguerite.

“This seminar will help you in simple ways such as looking at things differently in order to reach the heights you desire. No matter how difficult things are, together with support, we can make it through and achieve that goal”.

Announcing the event Liam Bluett, General Manager, Ballybane Enterprise Centre commented,

“Marguerite is a highly experienced trainer and motivator who is genuinely interested in people and how they can be the best that they can be. She is engaging, encouraging, and believes in the power of the human spirit to overcome even the most traumatic experiences. I am looking forward to Marguerite’s seminar and I know that anyone who attends will be inspired and see results long after the evening is over.”
