GET UP, Stand up, the weekly stand up comedy open mic night at Garvey’s Hotel and Bar, Eyre Square, takes place tonight from 9.30pm.
The show is open to the public and comedians, and admission is free. Every week there is a lively crowd and a load of up and coming comedians performing. Each comedian is allowed seven to eight minutes for his/her set.

There will also be a comedy contest with the audience being the judges and cash prizes for the comedians; a raffle with prizes; and a Q&A with the comedians at the break.
Admission is free and all are welcome.
