Saw Doctors announce more Kelly’s shows

THE SAW Doctors will launch their new single ‘Takin’ The Train’ with two more shows upstairs in Kelly’s, Bridge Street, on Tuesday July 20 and Wednesday July 21.

‘Takin’ The Train’ will be the first single from The Docs’ forthcoming album The Further Adventures of The Saw Doctors. The song was written by Davy Carton, Leo Moran, and new drummer Éimhín Cradock.

One of the bands most famous songs, ‘N17’ is featured on the soundtrack to the new Dutch-Irish film, Nothing Personal, which will receive its Irish premiere at the Galway Film Fleadh when it is screened this evening at 7.30pm in the Omniplex.

On Sunday The Docs will close the Hotpress Stage at the Oxegen Festival. Their show starts at 11.30pm after Julian Casablancas of The Strokes.
