Wine and dine at Oranmore Castle and raise funds for suicide bereaved charity

Oranmore Castle will host an evening of food, wine and entertainment on Friday July 16 at 7.30pm in aid of Console, the charity for the suicide bereaved.

Alec and Leonie Finn will open their 15th century home for the occasion which is being held in memory of their good friend Michael MacNamara who died in April 2008. A well known and loved Galway solicitor he was highly respected by all who knew him.

Music will be provided by Alec Finn, Eleanor Shanley, and friends. A number of items will be auctioned on the night including a jewel donated by Cobwebs, a signed jersey donated by rugby ace Brian O’Driscoll, a voucher for the Slieve Russell Hotel donated by Quinn Healthcare, paintings and other items of interest.

People who cannot attend but would like to make a donation should forward same to Margaret Tierney, regional development manager Console, 41 Tearmann Ealla, Renmore, Galway.
