Tickets go on sale to today, Thursday, July 30, for Tommy Tiernan's world tour of.... um... a few counties.
He begins with six shows in Westmeath, then six in Leitrim before drifting down to Limerick and then up to Mayo and back to Galway again for the Christmas, and then on and on and on and on till the wheels fall off and burn, according to himself.
The Galway-based comic says his epic World Series of Counties will circulate through a whopping five counties, and he will perform in a range of venues, large and small.
For Galway city-based fans, Tiernan will play the Róisín Dubh and Leisureland, December 9 to 11, then around the county to Clifden, Athenry, Kinvara and Ballinasloe from December 12 to 19.
