Pictured are some of the 20 swimmers from Shark Swimming Club Galway who have qualified for this year’s Swim Ireland Summer National Championships, taking place over the coming weeks in both the University of Limerick and the National Aquatic Centre, Dublin.
Qualifying for the Summer Nationals is the culmination of months of dedication, hard work and commitment. The championships bring the curtain down on another outstanding season for Shark, with club swimmers also enjoying success at major competitions including the Irish Winter National Championships, the McCullagh International, the Irish Open Championships, and the European Junior Swimming Championships.
The team has been coached throughout the season by Head Coach Ross Coll, alongside coaches Sarah and Daniel, whose commitment and expertise continue to help Shark swimmers compete at the highest level. Everyone at Shark Swimming Club wishes the team every success as they proudly represent both the club and Galway on the national stage.
