A brand new visitor experience is set to showcase the very best of Galway’s legendary pub scene, as Experience Galway has officially launched its Galway Beer & Pub Tour in partnership with Galway Hooker Brewery.
Designed for visitors and locals alike, the immersive guided experience takes guests on a journey through six authentic Galway pubs, combining the city's rich history, vibrant culture, traditional music and award-winning craft beer.
Led by the expert local guides from Experience Galway, participants will explore some of the city's most iconic neighbourhoods, including the historic Latin Quarter, the creative West End and the hidden gems of Woodquay. Along the way, guests will enjoy six premium craft drinks from independent West of Ireland breweries, while hearing fascinating stories of Galway's maritime heritage, medieval roots and the evolution of Irish hospitality.
More than just a pub crawl, the Galway Beer & Pub Tour has been carefully curated to offer an authentic cultural experience. Guests will have the opportunity to try their hand at playing the bodhrán and other traditional Irish instruments, create their own Galway-inspired artwork, and immerse themselves in the music, storytelling and atmosphere that have made Galway one of Ireland's most celebrated destinations.

The partnership with Galway Hooker Brewery further strengthens the tour's focus on local craft brewing, giving visitors the chance to sample some of the region's best independent beers while learning about Ireland's long brewing and distilling traditions.
With music, history, local characters and six carefully selected pub stops, the Galway Beer & Pub Tour offers a unique way to experience the city, one snug, one story and one sip at a time.
Tickets are now available through Experience Galway, with places expected to be in high demand throughout the summer season.
