Taking place in the club’s clubhouse, located within the Pearse Stadium grounds, the event offers supporters a unique opportunity to gather before throw-in, enjoy expert insight from some of the game’s most respected figures, and soak up the matchday atmosphere.
The clubhouse will open at 12pm, with a special welcome for early arrivals. The first 25 supporters wearing a Galway jersey and the first 25 supporters wearing a Westmeath jersey will receive a complimentary pint. Entry is through the Pearse Stadium turnstiles, with all supporters welcome.
At 1pm, a Pre-Match Analysis Special will feature a panel of former inter-county stars, providing exclusive insight and discussion ahead of the game. Representing Galway will be football legends Seán Armstrong and Joe Bergin, while former Westmeath star Damien Healy will offer the visitors’ perspective. The panel will reflect on the key match-ups, tactical battles, and what supporters can expect when the teams take to the field.
The clubhouse bar will be open throughout the afternoon, serving a full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments.
At 2pm, supporters can make their way to the stands for the Allianz Championship encounter between Galway and Westmeath in Pearse Stadium. Following the match, attendees can return to the clubhouse where Tyrone versus Mayo will be shown live on television.
The event is free of charge and open to all supporters.
