In response, Your Nutrition is launching a series of small online group programmes designed specifically for women aged 40+. These programmes focus on helping participants feel more confident in their food choices, reduce the stress of meal planning and develop habits that support long-term health and well-being.

Before starting, each participant completes a short questionnaire and food diary, allowing their individual needs, challenges and goals to be understood. Resources and guidance are then tailored, ensuring the advice is relevant, practical and achievable.

With just one hour online each week, participants benefit from expert guidance, support and accountability in a friendly and encouraging environment. At the end of the programme, each woman receives a dedicated 30-minute one-to-one consultation with Miriam to help her make the most of what she has learned and create a plan that works for her going forward.
