Féasta Ceoil brings Ireland’s best folk and contemporary musicians to Spiddal

Music lovers are in for a special treat this June as Féasta Ceoil An Spidéil ’26 returns to the beautiful Stiúideo Cuan in Spiddal, Co. Galway, bringing together some of Ireland’s most celebrated contemporary and folk musicians for a unique festival experience on the Wild Atlantic Way.

Now entering its third year, the Féasta Ceoil has firmly established itself as a standout event in Ireland’s cultural calendar, blending traditional, folk and contemporary sounds in one of the country’s most intimate and atmospheric live music venues.

This year’s line-up features an exceptional gathering of talent, with performances from Lisa Hannigan, David Keenan, Colm Mac Con Iomaire and Roesy, each bringing their distinctive voice and artistry to the festival stage.

From haunting melodies and poetic songwriting to evocative instrumental mastery, audiences can expect unforgettable performances in the intimate setting that has become synonymous with the festival.

Organised by Stiúideo Cuan, the festival continues its commitment not only to showcasing established artists, but also to supporting the next generation of musicians. Each concert will open with performances from emerging young artists on the trad and folk scene, offering them invaluable experience performing live before engaged audiences in a professional setting.

Speaking to the spirit of the festival, Féasta Ceoil An Spidéil celebrates both heritage and innovation — creating space where established voices and rising talent can share the same stage in the cultural heart of Connemara.

Féasta Ceoil An Spidéil takes place in June 2026 at Stiúideo Cuan and early booking is advised for what is expected to be another memorable celebration of Irish music.
